Having studied Business Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, FaLon Thomas has a strong educational background that complements her practical experience in the field.

Throughout her career, FaLon has been involved with various organizations, including WomenNC, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, North Carolina Community Development Initiative, Red Hat, AT&T, and the City of Raleigh Municipal Government.

Her roles have encompassed positions like code instructor, mentor, software solutions engineer, global client technical support team lead, and administrative intern in the information technology department, showcasing a diverse skill set and a commitment to community involvement.
