While the brand Simplexity is new; we aren’t. We’ve been active founders, investors, and venture catalysts for a long time. - I had the pleasure of co-founding Internet Financial Network (IFN) with a great team of partners, investors, and colleagues. Our lead investor was CitiGroup and The Trump Group. IFN merged with Entrypoint in March 2000 and became Infogate, Inc.
