Jordan El-Saden is a highly experienced Product Management professional with almost 15 years of expertise in building, scaling, and maintaining software products. Throughout his career, he has managed and launched several products and platforms for Fortune 500 companies, SMBs, and software developers. Jordan's deep experience in quality assurance and customer service has guided his approach to product development - he always designs features keeping end-users in mind and ensures measurable results. He has worked with both co-located and globally distributed teams in multiple industries. Jordan holds a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and Government Policy Studies from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. He currently serves as the Director of Product at Candy Club, and his previously held roles include Director of Product at Pledgeling, Senior Product Owner at Accurate Background, and Senior Project/Product Manager at mGage - The Mobile Engagement Company, among others. During his career, products and platforms that Jordan has designed or built have been a part of three company acquisitions.
