I was requested, by the group owner, to jump into this company that was ailing with massive liabilities and a failing operation to reinvent the company and its products & services, restructure and rebuild it.  Within 4 months under my capacity as CEO, I was able to turn the company around creating a 20M AED ++ profitability, built the company within the first year to house over 300 staff members, 65 vehicles, 40+ motorcycles and marked the company as the leading media distribution company in the UAE.Further development included expanding and growing the company into multiple departments that later constituted a group.  The company is split into three separate divisions offering our clients an unprecedented service in the fields of Publishing, Distribution, design and printing.

Was one of the key people to launch for the first time in Jordan the Coca-Cola Brand after a boycott that lasted for years.  Managed to aggressively attain 21% market share during the first year of operation managing a $4Mil budget and fighting a competition (Pepsi) that has dominated the market since the 60s.  I worked closely with the Coca-Cola World wide offices including CCME in Windsor and CCNE in Cyprus.  Became the second man in command of the company in 1995 and left due to the local owners selling out the company and to pursue another career path.
