Michael Seay is a veteran of the construction industry with extensive experience in luxury home builds, remodeling, and commercial construction. As the CEO of AAA Development, Inc. for over a decade, Seay has worked tirelessly to rebuild and integrate new technology to protect local communities against future natural disasters, positioning his company as a leader in the Greater Los Angeles region.

Seay's background began as an apprentice for a stone fabricator where he learned all aspects of the marble, granite, and tile business. He went on to earn his A.A. in General Studies from Ventura College and his B.S. in International Business and MBA from Pepperdine University. Further, Seay studied Entrepreneurship at Grenoble Ecole de Management in Grenoble Graduate School of Business.

Beyond his work with AAA Development, Seay has also shared his expertise as an Adjunct Lecturer at Cal State University, Channel Islands, and as the Co-Owner of Surgical Screw Concepts, LLC.
