Kimberly has worked extensively on developing insurance solutions for IP-related risks and has relentlessly assisted her clients in managing the costs and risks of IP litigation. Throughout her career, she has played a major role in building the IP insurance claims divisions for three IP insurance programs supported by Lloyd's of London.
