Jeff Pate is a 20-year industry veteran in the Real Estate field based in Houston, Texas. He has had an impressive journey since 2000, starting as a Loan Officer for five years, moving into New Home Sales for a Top 6 National Home Builder in a Master Planned Community where he opened two sections with three different price points. He then ventured into Commercial Construction, establishing business relationships with Architects, General Contractors, Developers, and Masonry Contractors as a Building Materials Sales Rep. This gave him excellent insights into future commercial developments and residential areas, and ongoing relationships that have continued since leaving the position in 2014. Following this, Jeff entered the Title Insurance Industry in 2015 as a Business Development Rep and has been exposed to the daily market changes. Through his experiences, relationships, and education, Jeff has built his reputation in the industry.
