He serves as a trusted legal advisor to corporate clients and financial institutions, specializing in initial public offerings, direct listings, equity financings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, SPAC transactions, private equity, and liability management.
Apart from transactional expertise, Johnny also provides counsel on governance, disclosure, and general corporate issues.
He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from New York University.
