Stacey Rosenberg is a highly skilled attorney with extensive experience in the field of debt finance transactions. She has advised a wide range of clients, including equity sponsors, lenders, and borrowers. Her expertise lies in various areas of leveraged finance, such as senior secured credit facilities, leveraged buy-outs, and out-of-court restructurings. Additionally, Rosenberg has a unique focus in the entertainment industry which has allowed her to provide specialized advice in connection with credit facilities, film securitizations, and motion picture co-production and distribution arrangements.
Rosenberg has an impressive educational background, with a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and has previously held partner positions at Hogan Lovells US LLP and Latham & Watkins. Prior to that, she gained experience as an associate at Skadden Arps.
