Margarita Maroto

Margarita Maroto is a renowned leader with significant experience in various fields, including silicon assembly manufacturing, consumer products software development, and large IT enterprise programs implementation. She has an extensive engineering background that includes data analysis, risk assessment mitigation, and problem solving. Maroto studied Bachelor degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica and Tecnológico de Costa Rica, respectively. She earned her MSE in Industrial Engineering/Reliability Statistics from Arizona State University. Maroto has worked in several high-level positions, including Director of Engineering, Chrome OS Senior Software Program Manager, and Quality and Reliability Engineering Manager, all at Intel Corporation. She also worked for Motorola Mobility as a Quality Engineer. Maroto has managed global teams successfully and has a proven record of partnering and influencing across companies, large internal teams, and GEO’s.
