Fabiola Gerpott: A High-Achieving Professor and Accomplished HR Researcher

Fabiola Gerpott is a respected expert in the fields of business administration, organizational psychology, and leadership. She boasts a wealth of international experience, having held numerous academic and corporate roles around the globe.

Gerpott is a former Visiting Research Fellow at The University of Western Australia and SMU - Singapore Management University. She has also worked as a consultant for a range of companies including Merck Group and Otto (GmbH & Co KG). Gerpott has also published many research papers on organizational behavior, work-family management, and employee training.

Currently serving as a Professor of Leadership at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Gerpott is passionate about teaching and communicating the latest and most effective evidence-based methods to help people lead themselves and others.

Gerpott has studied in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK holding degrees, including a PhD in Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a PhD in Business Administration and Management, General, from Jacobs University Bremen.
