Fabio Rigobelo is an experienced Senior Attorney with leadership positions in legal, compliance, and corporate affairs areas in both national and multinational large-sized corporations. With a broad range of skills offering legal support in areas like contracts, commercial, labor, consumer, corporate, tax, real estate, environmental, competition, intellectual property, regulatory, M&A, capital markets, and corporate crime, Rigobelo has proven to be a well-rounded professional with a strategic view to mitigate legal risks.

From his executive perspective, Rigobelo has interacted with local/regional top management, providing legal advice, risk analysis, legal opinions, and strategic recommendations. His extensive experience has allowed him to have a communication channel with government spheres, regulatory bodies, labor unions, and the judiciary system.

Rigobelo holds a Master's degree in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Ibmec, a post-graduation in Corporate Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Paulista.

Currently, Rigobelo is a Senior Associate Attorney at Ferraz de Camargo Advogados, where he provides legal advisory and conducts negotiations related to complex and high-valued litigation cases.
