Fabio Ramalho holds a postgraduate degree in Conjuncture Analysis from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and an MBA in Finance and Investments from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Kenan-Flagler Business School. His strong educational background complements his extensive professional experience, showcasing a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights.

Throughout his career, Fabio Ramalho has been associated with reputable organizations in various roles. He has been involved in investment activities at Neon and previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Neon. His leadership extends to roles such as Senior Vice President (SVP) in Special Situations Investing and Restructuring at Brasil Plural, Partner at Laplace Finanças, and CFO at Usinas Itamarati. With his background as a Portfolio Manager at Duna Asset Management and Altamira FIM, he brings a wealth of experience in managing diverse investment portfolios.
