Fabio Mano

Fabio Mano is an IT professional with over 20 years of experience, starting as a developer and progressing to various senior and lead developer roles before transitioning to project and product management. With a solid background in implementing complex software products for international companies, he excels in collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Born in Rio de Janeiro and holding Brazilian and Portuguese citizenship, Fabio is equipped with a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. His expertise spans across agile methodologies and a deep commitment to driving digital product development with a strong focus on project ownership.

Currently, Fabio Mano is leading the development of a new version of Revenue Intelligence at Choice Technologies headquarters in Luxembourg. This software, a SaaS analytics cloud platform, is instrumental in assisting energy distribution companies in detecting fraudulent energy use and reducing non-technical losses. The platform already serves over 30 million energy end customers of major electricity distribution companies worldwide, including ENEL Eletropaulo, EPM, Tata Power DDL, CNFL, Light, and ENEL Ceara.

Prior to his current role, Fabio was involved with PUC-Rio's TECGRAF Institute of Technical and Scientific Software Development, where he managed the creation of a logistics software product utilized in numerous projects for notable organizations such as PETROBRAS, BR Distribuidora, Liquigas, Transpetro, VALE, FIFA World Cup 2014, and Rio’s International World Youth Day 2013. His dedication to the IT profession, product management skills, and passion for digital product innovation make him a valuable asset in the industry.
