Fabio Manca

Fabio Manca is an Italian/German national with a diverse and extensive professional background in finance, particularly within the logistics and supply chain industry.

Fabio started his career at DHL in 1993, holding various roles in Sales & Marketing, Controlling, and Finance Management across different regions.

His tenure at DHL includes positions such as CFO Americas for DHL Information Services in the USA, Vice President Finance - CFO IT at DHL Supply Chain in Germany, and CFO Global Operations & IT at DHL Supply Chain Management GmbH.

In 2016, Fabio took on the role of Managing Director of DHL Inventory Financing Services GmbH and Head of DHL IFS, a new service-line providing financing solutions and consultancy for working capital optimization to DP DHL's clients.

Currently, Fabio serves as Director and Shareholder at Balder Capital Group, focusing on managing inventory financing and working capital solutions for international clients. Additionally, he holds the position of Director at Arviem AG.

Fabio's expertise spans finance management, working capital solutions, management reorganization, auditing, and implementation of financial projects such as ERP and ABC systems.

He holds a degree in Dottore in Scienze Politiche with a specialization in International Studies from the Università degli Studi di Genova.
