Prior to his current role, he was involved with Sanubi - Cariwelt GmbH, where he held the positions of Co-Founder and Co-CEO, demonstrating his prowess in establishing and managing companies.

His professional journey includes a stint as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, one of the world's leading management consulting firms, where he honed his strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

During his academic years, Fabian worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Reactorsafety and -technology RTWH Aachen University, gaining valuable research and academic experience.

He also interned at Voith Hydro Ocean Current Technologies GmbH & Co. KG, showcasing his interest in the field of hydro technologies and gaining hands-on industry experience.
