- Manages all phases of multiple design projects simultaneously, from job lead to design to        purchasing and installation•	Develops and clearly communicates project scope, timeline, and budget at the outset of the           project, monitoring and adjusting as necessary•	Regularly interacts with clients in person and via phone and email to keep them apprised of        progress and pre-empt and address questions and concerns•	Provides weekly time billing updates to Project Manager and mid-month time billing, budget,         and expediting reports to clients•	Manages the daily workflow of junior staff and provide regular project status updates to the        Executive Director•	Updates/maintains internal Task List to prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion;         troubleshoot any hold-ups•	Tracks project financial performance to ensure budgets are adhered to and all paperwork is         up to date•	Coordinates and manages photo shoots as needed; select photos for publishing•	Provides strategic input and support (marketing, process improvements) and handle ad hoc        tasks beyond core project-related work to contribute to firm growth and development•	Trains staff and interns as needed

Designer and project manager for high-end residential design and remodel projects throughout the Bay Area.  Responsibilities included drafting construction documents, selection of materials, furnishings and accessories.

Kendall Wilkinson Design

Organized and maintained company database and resource library.  Assisted in the selection of various materials, finishes, furniture and accessories.  Interfaced with vendors to solicit item specifications and formal quotations.  Prepared and distributed proposals and corresponding purchase orders.  Coordinated furniture and accessory deliveries, furniture re-upholsteries, drapery fabrication and accessory re-finishing.  Oversaw on-site furniture and fabric installations.

Organized already existing furniture into vignettes, which involved creating separate and distinct spaces by utilizing paint and fabric.  Designed effective window displays,  highlighting new furniture piecesand accessories.
