Meet Jason McCann, the co-founder and CEO of Vari, a workspace innovation company aimed at helping high-growth businesses enhance their workforce potential. With over 30 years of experience in building and running successful companies, Jason is a lifelong entrepreneur who believes in putting customers first. He co-founded Vari (formerly known as VariDesk) in 2013, and under his leadership, the brand grew at unprecedented rates, expanding to over four million users of its products across 120 countries.

Today, Vari has grown to offer a full suite of over 300 products and provides workplace strategy, design, installation, and transformation services. In 2019, Jason launched VariSpace, a multi-tenant ideation center, showroom, and campus designed to revolutionize how businesses approach office space. With fully furnished suites and flexible lease terms to enterprise-level clients, VariSpace is a space-as-a-service offering that caters to the changing needs of today's businesses.

Jason has received numerous awards and recognition for his outstanding contributions to the industry, including CEO of the Year from D CEO Magazine in 2021, the award for 2016’s fastest growing company in the Dallas area, and EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2017, among others. Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and an MBA, both from the University of Houston. He is involved in his local community and regularly speaks to students about entrepreneurship, servant leadership, and culture.
