With a degree in Materials Science & Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, she continued her academic pursuits at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, where she earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.

Paige's career path has taken her through various prestigious organizations, including Jobs for the Future, Harvard Business School, and MIT Sloan Thailand Action Learning, where she gained valuable experience in research, program management, and consulting. As an EP Fellow at Jobs for the Future, Paige contributed to pioneering work in education, helping to devise strategies to help students, particularly those from low-income backgrounds, prepare for college and careers in the modern economy.

Paige has also worked in the field of materials engineering, having honed her skills as a Product Development Associate at Vorbeck Materials, and later as a Senior Product Manager at Graphene Frontiers, where she was instrumental in developing new technologies and products.
