Steve Hoffman is an accomplished attorney and counselor with over 20 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. He holds bar admissions in the District of Columbia and California, and his court admissions include the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the Ninth Circuit. His expertise lies in guiding corporate growth by handling the incorporation of aggressive startups, restructures of multi-billion dollar companies, and protection of sales contracts and service agreements. Steve is an esteemed judge for national startup accelerators, keynote speaker for companies, instructor for universities, and active member of various boards and committees. With a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University and a JD from Georgetown University, Steve also holds several certifications, including CIPP/US, MCP, PMP, SPHR.
