Katherine Hensel, a former Wall Street executive, entrepreneur, and hedge fund manager, is an accomplished business advisor with over four decades of experience in leadership, management, and investment career development. Her expertise lies in coaching individuals and organizations in business strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship. Katherine Hensel has gained international prominence from her successful career at Lehman Brothers, where she served as the company's Managing Director, Chief Investment Strategist, and Co-Chair of the Investment Policy Committee. Later, she moved on to lead Chancellor Capital Management as their Director of Research and subsequently left to co-found Sage Asset Management, which grew to more than $1 billion in assets under management within five years. She's a former Executive In Residence at Columbia Business School, where she coached several startups, and also served as an advisory board member at several tech startups. She also actively mentors startups at the MIT Enterprise Forum CEE. Katherine Hensel has an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Geological Sciences from Harvard University.
