Marlyse McQuillen is a seasoned attorney and compliance expert, with extensive experience in the financial services industry. After obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from Harvard University, she began her career in the legal field, working her way up to Senior Director of Compliance, Privacy, and Health IT at Integra Connect. Before joining Integra Connect, McQuillen held various roles at Johnson Controls, including Senior Counsel of Building Solutions North America and Global Retail, and Group Counsel of Fire Protection and Security. Prior to that, she was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Regulatory Affairs at Ocwen Financial Corporation, US, where she gained a wealth of experience in the regulatory, commercial, and privacy aspects of the financial services industry.
