Gilad Shay is an experienced tech lawyer and investor, specializing in cross-border commercial and tech-focused transactions, M&A, and advising on intellectual property matters. He holds an LL.B in Law from The School of Law at The College of Management in Israel, and has previously worked as a Foreign Lawyer at RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, as well as an Associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, and a Junior Associate at Dr. Shlomo Cohen & Co. He is currently serving as Head of Legal at Goldbell Investments, where he applies his extensive knowledge and expertise to facilitate growth for startups with deep tech and strong teams in the mobility industry. In his free time, he enjoys connecting with other professionals in the tech and startup community.
