As an Account Executive - Conference Sponsorship Sales, I had the following responsibilities: •	Territory management within enterprise and middle market accounts – Solution Tech Providers;•	Account management resulting in an increase in retention & account growth, building accurate pipelines and forecasts by developing opportunities and upselling services within existing accounts;•	Building and maintaining long-term relationships, running business presentations and recommending appropriate solutions to C-level executives for their growth strategy and market positioning;•	Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, qualification – uncovering client's corporate objectives and critical priorities – alignment, handling objections to closing;•	Developing strategic plans and working closely with counterparts to manage complex sales and build a strategy which aligns with client's priorities worldwide;•	Building a strong account planning by analysing client's engagement and ensuring their satisfaction by delivering value proposition and engagements plans.

- Account management to expand and retain client base and working closely with Customer Success team to reduce churns and track client satisfaction;•	Negotiating and closing deals using a consultative and strategic approach, understanding the Payment industry trends and recommending the appropriate solutions;•	Generating business opportunities and building pipeline by prospecting key accounts, qualifying leads and managing relationships with C-levels and senior finance managers within the Retail, E-commerce and Healthcare markets; •	Understanding the platform and software acquisition process and hosting sales presentations and product demonstrations (SaaS) to prospects and customers;•	Building strategies for Inside Sales processes with Sales Development Reps and managing outbound sales campaigns (calls and e-mails).

- Building long-term relationships with C-levels and decision makers for enterprise clients and ensure retention and growth within key accounts;•	Developing strategic plans and coordinating the commercial team in activities linked to the generation of new business opportunities, such as prospecting, follow-ups, forecasting and managing pipeline;•	Prospecting, qualifying and aligning the scope of services with the client and translating it to the company`s solutions;•	Negotiating proposals with clients and present solutions to C-level executives aligned to their priorities and corporate objectives;•	Negotiating contracts and deadlines with other departments (legal and project managers) to ensure the client`s priorities are met;•	Building strategic relationships with customers and work closely to delivery team ensuring customer satisfaction;•	Partnering with Marketing teams in projects focusing on maximizing sales;•	Develop projects in sales, involving Salesforce implantation inside the company.
