Florian Reuter is a seasoned executive with a passion for innovating within large corporations and implementing start-ups. He has a diverse work experience across Asia, Europe, and the United States. Reuter studied automotive engineering, operations research, finance & accounting, macroeconomics, and more at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He also studied economics and law at Universitat de Barcelona.

Reuter is currently the CEO and Managing Director at Volocopter GmbH, one of the most exciting startups in the world, revolutionizing urban mobility. He has served as a Technology Pioneer at the World Economic Forum and as Vice-chairman of the advisory board at Caterva GmbH. Additionally, Reuter has held venture management positions at Siemens Novel Businesses and Siemens Technology Accelerator. He has experience in technology commercialization, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, business planning, sales stimulation, IPO preparation, and disruptive innovation.

In his free time, Reuter enjoys contributing strong leadership, technical, analytical, and cognitive skills to high-performing teams. He has served as Director and Chairman of the Board at SESMOS Ltd. and as a Project Manager at Contrium Consulting.
