Sumedha Bhakta is a physics and chemistry graduate from Fiitjee, who has extensive experience in business operations and project coordination. She began her career as a Sales and Sponsorship Coordinator for Battle of Bands before moving on to contribute to TEDxBMU as the Communication Team Head. She also served as Judge's Coordinator Head at Hult Prize India, an international innovation competition that brings together young social entrepreneurs from universities across the globe. Sumedha was also part of the International Innovation Corps team before joining Smartserv as a Business Associate, where she managed the interaction between the company and the customers. As a results-driven Customer Success Associate at Smartserv, she focused on engaging clients and resolving their issues. Sumedha has also interned at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), where she gained valuable experience in project coordination, which has helped her excel in her current role.
