Jack Merrell has had an exciting and diverse career journey. After earning his Bachelor's degree with Honors in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, Class II Division I from the University of Exeter, he delved into various industries, honing his skills in leadership, operations management, project management, sales management, marketing, and more.

Merrell has worked in different organizations at various levels, including Bench Accounting, where he served as a senior operations manager, sales manager, sales team lead, and sales development representative. He also worked at Join In Trust as a programme and operations manager and at London 2012 as a UK Spectaculars project executive and brand & marketing intern. Additionally, he served as a campaign manager, sabbatical officer elections at the University of Exeter Students' Guild.

Merrell has also gained valuable experience in other roles, such as a chalet host at Neilson Active Holidays, editorial intern at Cumbrian Newspapers Limited, and retail sales assistant at Jack Wills - Aubin & Wills.

Currently, he is leading Bench's team of over 200 professional bookkeepers to deliver world-class client experience and bring about a positive impact on the quality of life of the people they serve.
