Norbert Binot is a French engineer with over ten years of experience in the financial and non-financial industry. Binot has a strong track record in business development and has spent the majority of his career working in trading technology solutions, with expertise in low latency electronic trading, risk control, DMA, OMS, EMS, trade lifecycle, market data management, cryptocurrencies/blockchain, and global macro research.

Binot has also ventured into entrepreneurship, creating the first Fair Trade and organic certified company in Cambodia while partnering with various tech companies to foster an open-source project aiming to help farmers better manage energy and water while increasing their yields. Binot encourages respect for the environment, diversity and inclusion, access to education, and healthcare, all while promoting women's empowerment through education and helping kids access education through various partnerships.

Binot has a Master's degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Technology, and another Master's degree in embedded systems from Ecole Centrale d'Electronique. Binot has held positions in various organizations, including Sales Director Asia at smartTrade Technologies, Sales Director - Consultant at Fencore, Sales Director APAC ex-Japan at MNI, Regional Business Development Director at Ullink, Sales Director at NYSE, and Global Account Manager at SunGard, amongst many others.
