His journey into technology began when he started tinkering with his parents' IBM PC and became fascinated by how things worked. After a virus incident sparked his curiosity, he delved deeper into understanding the intricacies of technology.

As a young adult, Ravi built his first website using GeoCities and furthered his knowledge by pursuing tertiary studies in Human Computer Interaction, Business Computing, and other technology-related subjects. With a desire to share his enthusiasm and expertise with others, Ravi enjoys training and mentoring teams in a friendly, inclusive manner.

Ravi's goal is to simplify technology, making it more accessible for everyday users, enabling them to leverage it confidently to enhance their businesses. While his sons affectionately refer to him as a 'computer man', Ravi also values his role as a family man and engages in coaching kids' basketball to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
