Dr. Rudolf Mauch is a seasoned leader and consultant with over 20 years of experience in transforming volatile and complex business environments. He is an expert in agile leadership, sales enablement, agile HR, agile organization, digital change management, AI, DLT blockchain business models, edge computing, cyber security, building ecosystems, growth acceleration, startup mentorship, design thinking, challenger sale, value selling, and conflict resolution & arbitration. He has worked extensively in the IT, telecommunications, electronics, fintech, energy, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors. Dr. Mauch holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, and studied Law and Economics.

He is currently the Executive Managing Director at Mauch&Partner, where he provides strategic consulting to businesses. Previously, Dr. Mauch served as a Senior Advisor at Auxledger, Gavelcoin, ICO Project at Backpackers, and ARXUM, as well as CFO/Co-Founder at Mobiuz Crypto Blockchain. He has also been a professor at University of Economics, Prague, and Pforzheim University, and worked as a management consultant at Weiser & Partner and as an Area Sales Manager at Andrew Corp.
