Sirisha Gorantla is a highly experienced and accomplished leader in the field of data analytics, science, and technology. Her extensive background in startup technology e-commerce companies during hyper-growth phases, such as HomeAway, Groupon, and Orbitz, allowed her to fine-tune her leadership and management skills, enabling her to strategically grow data and analytics organizations across the globe. She deeply understands the business functions, including online and brand marketing, retail, finance, sales, and customer experience, allowing her to drive multi-million dollar revenue projects. Gorantla's technical expertise, ranging from analyst, modeler, engineer, solution architect, and product manager, coupled with her business acumen, enabled her to build infrastructure, data systems, and self-service analytics at petabyte scale from the ground up using Cloud, Big data, and traditional RDBMS systems. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion culture and aims to empower women in the technology industry. Gorantla studied MS in Computer Science at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor's in Engineering Electronics and Communications at Andhra University. She currently serves as the Head of Data & Analytics at Cloudflare, Inc.
