Elsie Zecca is a seasoned human resources professional with experience from some of America's most prominent companies. Having studied for PHR Certification at SHRM and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York, she has now achieved the title of Senior HR Business Partner at Meta, where she works alongside colleagues to strategize HR endeavors and resolve conflicts within the workplace. With previous experience including stints at Instagram, Bloomberg LP, Grant Thornton, Morgan Stanley, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, Zecca has gained a comprehensive understanding of employment relations at both large and small companies.
