Erica Meus-Saunders is an accomplished independent filmmaker, editor, and emerging producer from Atlantic Canada. With over 20 years of experience in the media industry, Erica has produced several award-winning works that have garnered acclaim in various film festivals across the country.

Erica's most recent works include "Journey of Feet," which was an official selection of the FIN Atlantic Film Festival in 2017, and "A Chef's Moment," a short documentary that was also an official selection of the Devour! The Food Film Festival in the same year.

Erica has also worked as an Executive Producer for the Nu Face Season 1 show, Founder, and Editor-in-Chief of Nu Woman magazine, and publication & Editor. Erica has also written two books "Shiloh City of Dreams" and "A Day in the Sun" and worked as a writer at the Nassau Guardian in the past.

In terms of education, Erica completed a Diploma in Screen Arts at the Nova Scotia Community College, studied Cinematography and Film/Video Production at the Toronto Film School, and earned a High School Diploma after studying at St. Paul's Methodist College.

Today, Erica serves as a Membership Services and Operations Coordinator at Screen Nova Scotia and is continually honing her craft as an independent filmmaker.
