Tim Herr is a highly experienced IT leader with a global pedigree in application development, support, and maintenance. With decades of industry experience, he has proven himself as a reliable and efficient technology professional, having executed various successful projects. Previously, Tim created the DevSecOps road-map for a national cell carrier, managed technology teams for an eCommerce site, and oversaw the completion of a vendor risk assessment project for a CA-based insurer. He has also overseen vendor-based teams of over 50+ project managers, programmers, and analysts.

Tim completed his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Human Resources at Marquette University. He is also certified in ITIL Foundation v3.

Some of his previous roles include Manager, Tier 2 Support at Caterpillar Inc., Senior Manager, Technical Solutions at Adtalem Global Education, and Managing Director, Application Services & Digital Technologies at a Managed Service Provider. He has also held senior roles at Xerox and SAIC.

As a proficient IT expert, Tim has successfully implemented application monitoring for 100+ application portfolios. He has also overseen a series of migrations to new environments for applications, including SAP BO upgrades and many other apps using .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, and other technologies.
