Rich Brady is a seasoned professional with over twenty five years of experience in design and technology, specializing in areas such as software, service, industrial, leadership, culture, and human behavior. His expertise includes UX, IxD, ID, and UI.

Rich has a strong track record of building scalable Design Systems and Tools for large teams of Engineers and Designers. He has managed one of the largest UX practices in Ireland for a cutting-edge R&D venture and has created User Experience Design strategies for global gaming companies with millions of users.

With a successful history in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-value services, hardware, and software across various industries including Financial, Telco, E-Learning, CRM, CMS, gaming, and mobile software, Rich has enhanced products for numerous high-profile clients in Europe and the US.

Rich is known for fostering strong partnerships and maintaining high-quality interactions with clients, suppliers, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Content Strategy, Testing, Support, and Operations. He has overseen thousands of user research and testing engagements across multiple countries.

Apart from his professional achievements, Rich has also lectured in Design in Europe and Africa, promoting a collaborative culture of design thinking and innovation. He has been an integral part of strategic product and service design visions, supporting the development and consistent use of design standards on multi-million dollar projects.

In his educational journey, Rich has studied Professional Certification in SQL Server Administration, BA Honors in Graphic, Product, and Interactive Design, Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice, and National Diploma in Industrial/Product Design.

Rich has held key positions at top tech companies such as Google and Facebook, serving as Head of Design for YouTube Creators, Head of Design for Google Meet, Jamboard, and enterprise hardware, and Product Design Manager at Facebook. He has also founded Forest Design Ltd and worked as a Product Strategy & Design Consultant at Spencer Stuart.
