My work was primarily focused on public sector modernization to better enable stronger outcomes for the citizens of Ontario. This included:
 
- The development of the Ontario Onwards Action Plan and an investment of $500 million over four years to make public sector services more customer-focused, and more efficient and cost effective. 
- Integration of the Ontario Digital Service with Treasury Board Secretariat to enhance delivery of digital projects across the OPS. 
- Development of an enterprise-wide digital maturity model and the inclusion of digital and lean management into ministry business case assessments. 
- Establishment of Ontario’s digital identity program office and development of a provincial digital wallet and various digital identities. 
- Creation of a suite of COVID-19 digital products including the COVID Alert exposure notification application; COVID-19.ontario.ca; open data sets and, various self-assessment tools.

The OCC’s mission is to support economic growth in Ontario by defending business priorities at Queen’s Park on behalf of its network’s diverse 60,000 members. My focus was to represent Chambers of Commerce and Boards of Trade throughout 135 communities across Ontario and over 60,000 member businesses from all sizes, sectors, and industries. In working with the Government of Ontario, I enacted a variety of policy initiatives to ensure a thriving business environment in Ontario, including: the repeal of Bill 148, the prioritization of skilled trades and labor, updated financial literacy curriculum, WSIB insurance premium reductions, natural gas expansion, and investments in broadband and infrastructure. I also managed the Ontario Economic Summit, hosting over 400 senior delegates from business and government leaders to debate and discuss Ontario’s most pressing economic and policy issues.

As President of OUSA, I was the chief spokesperson for eight Ontario universities and over 140,000 undergraduate students. My main responsibility was to work with students, universities, and the provincial government to advocate for the improvement of the accessibility, affordability, accountability, and quality of post-secondary education. In addition, I acted the chair and member of OUSA's steering committee, which acts as the board of directors for the organization, and sets strategic priorities for the year.

As one of the nation’s leading student organizations and one of London’s largest not-for-profits, the University Students’ Council represents and provides services to over 30,000 undergraduates. During my term, I served as a member of senior leadership, providing strategic direction and setting long-term goals for 60+ full-time staff, 300+ part-time staff, and 200+ volunteers.

My primary responsibilities included building and managing strategic partnerships and advocating to university administrators, faculty members, London City Council, the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development, the Provincial and Federal governments, student groups, and community organizations while representing constituent interests.
