Apprenticeship Assessor for level 2 ILM Team Leading and level 3 ILM Management.Mainly field based, I visited candidates on site gathering evidence for there ILM qualifications. After a 2 year period I was promoted to the team lead.In this role I worked with a wide variety of learners with diverse needs. Some candidates are very able and confident, others have had limited prior education and needed to build confidence and assignment writing skills, particularly at Level 3. I provided flexible support and have received very positive feedback from candidates, employers and external versifiers.
