Francisco Saldaña is a skilled senior software engineer with a background in computer science and computer engineering. He studied at both DePaul University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and has held a variety of positions in the technology industry, including Android Engineer, Software Developer Contractor, Teaching Assistant, and Undergraduate Researcher. Currently, he works as a Senior Software Engineer at Ginger, where he builds tools to help those in need and strives to increase equity and justice. Francisco is proficient in numerous technologies, including Android, iOS, AWS, Django, React, and AngularJS. Among his many accomplishments are designing and developing a consumer-facing UI component, serving as a laboratory assistant, and working on assistive devices for healthcare. He also has experience in space systems and consumer programming.
