Vesa Ilama is a highly skilled leader and senior manager with over 20 years of practical working experience in global matrix organizations. He has vast expertise in leadership, coaching & mentoring, competence development, networking people, cooperation, and multicultural portfolio, program & project management. With a passion for program and project management, Vesa has challenged himself to do the work in practice. As a result, he is widely recognized and respected in Finland as one of the top-level managers in PM area and frequently asked to speak at national and international seminars.

Vesa has experience working with different cultures abroad and has a good reputation as an expert in global process and organizational development. He is often called upon to act as an advisor/member of significant key development activities because of his extensive experience, business focus, and ability to see the big picture.

Vesa is motivated by good cooperation, an open atmosphere and culture, planning & executing strategies, achieving the set targets, learning experiences, and inventing, creating, and improving things that prove to be useful and beneficial for the whole company. Due to his experience in several different managerial positions, Vesa enjoys working as a global function or area leader and as a direct line manager.
