I am a highly skilled leader and senior manager with wide practical working experience in different functions and positions in global matrix organisations. I lead by example, support others and have received excellent feedback from my subordinates, peers and superiors.

My special expertise is in leadership, coaching & mentoring, competence development, networking people, co-operation and multicultural portfolio, program & project management.

I have a passion for program and project management and have always challenged myself also to be able to do the work in practice. I am widely known and recognised in Finland as one of the top-level managers in PM area and often asked to speak in national as well as international seminars.

I have experience of working abroad with different cultures and have a good reputation as an expert in global process and organization development. I am frequently asked to act as an advisor/ member of major key development activities because of my wide experience, business focus and ability to see the big picture.

I'm motivated by good co-operation, open atmosphere and culture, planning & executing strategies, achieving the set targets, learning experiences and inventing, creating and improving things that prove to be useful and beneficial for the whole company.
