Paul Edelman, PhD, PCC
Paul Edelman is an experienced coach, facilitator, and family enterprise advisor based in Massachusetts. With a PhD in Personality and Developmental Psychology from Harvard University, he employs his COImpAct* model to help family enterprises, family offices, and their advisors navigate generational transitions in leadership, ownership, and wealth. Paul's expertise lies in developing leadership capacity within the business, family, and staff, creating structures and processes to guide individual, business, and family growth and philanthropy.
During his career, Paul has served as the Vice President of HR and Organization Development at MicroE Systems Corp, an Organization Development Consultant and Operations Manager at AT&T, a former teaching fellow at Harvard University, and a facilitator at Family Enterprise Forums. He has also been a Founding Member of the Executive Committee, Membership Co-Chair at the Private Directors Association, a Practicum Facilitator for the Accelerating Coaching Excellence (ACE) Journey to Mastery at the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS), and an Advisory Board Member at Wildlife Acoustics, Inc.
