Rebecca Sao is a talented and accomplished web administrator, data systems specialist, and user-centered design expert. With a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in Information Technology, and a Master of Science from Brandeis University in User-Centered Design, Sao has put her skills to use in a variety of organizations. These include positions as a Web Producer at Avid Technology, Technical Support Analyst at Monotype, and Content Management Specialist at the MBTA. In her most recent position, Sao served as Web Administrator/Data Systems Specialist at Brandeis University, where she was responsible for developing, designing, and implementing web applications, as well as creating user-centered designs that improve the user experience for website visitors.

Prior to her work in the field of web development, Sao gained experience in graphic design and calibration technology. As a Graphic Design Intern at both theSevenology and Patelligence, Sao honed her design skills, while as a Calibration Technician at Olympus Innov-X, she expanded her knowledge of X-ray fluorescence equipment. Throughout her career, Sao has been known for her strong attention to detail, as well as her excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
