As a Younglife leader at Young Life, Adam gained experience in mentoring and training, while his sales and business skills were honed at National Agents Alliance Corporate and National Agents Alliance where he was a Sales Agent and Trainer. Additionally, he served as a Soccer Referee at SOCA ~ Soccer Organization of Charlottesville/Albemarle.
