Austin Malleolo is a fitness coach and entrepreneur with years of experience in the fitness industry. He has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. Austin's fitness journey began with CrossFit where he has worked his way up the ranks from Seminar Staff, now working as Director of US Gym Operations at CrossFit, LLC. He is also a former owner of CrossFit One Nation, Waltham, and Boston, and The HAM Plan. Austin provides daily online programming services to his clients through the HAM Plan. Additionally, as General Manager of Reebok Gym and Wellness Offerings, he coached Reebok employees at the successful corporate CrossFit affiliate in the world. Austin has the opportunity to work Level 1 and Level 2 Seminars globally.
