• Provide the strategic thinking and financial support that contributes to the achievement of Argentina Franchise Unit business goals by leading the execution of the economic and financial planning cycle. Assuring value interactions not just with general manager and direct reports but with finance bottlers directors (4 multi-country, 1 independent).
• Enhance resource allocation to continuosly create, protect and grow the value of the Company, financial control and supporting the business.
• Lead Marketing Expense Management evolution ensuring the identification and implementation of additional sources of funding. 
•Lead the evolution of the Budget Service Center, to continue fostering productivity and operational efficiency, while pursuing opportunities for vertical and horizontal expansión.
