-  Advised on aviation regulatory matters

-  Being an integral part of the team which won the £1.6bn government contract to provide helicopter search and rescue services
-  Advising the Company in respect responses to a parliamentary committee enquiry

- Negotiated and advised on the full suite of airline operations agreements, including, aircraft lease agreements, engine lease agreements, financial instruments, ground handling agreements, IT supplier agreements
