Tony Gerillo has over 20 years of experience in technically engineered product manufacturing, design, and sales and marketing management. He has worked with a variety of technologies including engineered ceramic materials, ceramic to metal assemblies, microelectronic packaging, and furnace brazing and brazing alloys. Additionally, his expertise includes CIM, MIM & PIM, thin and thick film, plasma spray coatings/ceramics & metals, components/engineered ceramics, metals & plastics, precious metal plating, high voltage insulators and power supplies, as well as manufacturing processes, production control, quality control, and ISO/AS certification experience.

With his background in sales and marketing management, Tony has served at the director level in both domestic and international forecasting, distributor management, manufacturer's rep management, and sales force CRM and SAP enterprise software. He has made over 3,500 customer contacts and gained extensive tradeshow experience. Tony's markets experience includes Aerospace, Analytical Instruments, Medical Diagnostics, Surgical-Endoscopic & Dental, Sensors, Radiation, Infrared & Industrial, Semiconductor Mfg. Equipment, Optoelectronics, Thermal, Heat Sink, Furnace & Industrial, Industrial, Wear & Corrosion, Military, University, and National Labs.

Tony has also developed skills in website design, newsletters, press releases, brochure design, technical papers, news articles, and targeted and general marketing. With his knowledge and experience, he can provide materials and mechanical design assistance.

In terms of education, Tony has studied Mechanical Engineering at Cosumnes River College, Journeyman Carpenter Union Carpenter Apprenticeship at Miami Dade College, and General Education at Forsyth Technical Community College.
