Lillian Cho
Lillian Cho is an accomplished urban planner, community organizer, and creative placekeeping advocate with over 20 years of experience. She has worked with numerous social justice organizations, cultural groups, and public agencies on projects focused on promoting racial equity, inclusion, and access. Lillian has specialized knowledge in community engagement, project management, strategic planning, organizational transitions, leadership succession, fundraising, and overall capacity building. She is a curator for Lincoln Center Out of Doors’ La Casita (poetry and music) Festival and serves on the boards of East Orange Sustainable Food Alliance, Ping Chong & Company, and Think!Chinatown. She has performed with NYC’s Soh Daiko community taiko group, where she met the late Queen of R&B Ruth Brown and the world-renowned KODO Japanese taiko group from Sado Island. Lillian resides in the Garden State with her family and a couple of Xoloitzcuintlin.
