Lauren Ryan is an experienced and licensed Genetic Counselor with over ten years of experience in the field. She has worked in both clinical genetics and industry, and is currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Color, a population health company. In this role, she is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the company's COVID-19 and genetics testing programs. Lauren has a strong background in people management, having supervised a large clinical genetics team that provided telegenetic clinical consultations to tens of thousands of customers using custom technology. She has also received recognition for her work from the NIH All of Us Research Program's Genetic Counseling Resource award. Lauren's interests include operational success, leadership and management, scalability of genetics services, health equity, education, public advocacy, diversity, and access to healthcare services.
