Meera Rao

Meera Rao is a highly experienced HR professional with a background in Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Global Compensation.

She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Currently, Meera serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards and HR Technology at Tennant Company, where she oversees strategic HR initiatives.

Prior to her current role, she held key positions at Tennant Company, including Director of Global Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS, as well as Senior Manager of Global Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS.

Meera also gained valuable experience at Cargill, where she worked as the Global Incentive Process Manager and Global Incentive Process Lead.

Before her tenure at Cargill, she served as a Compensation Consultant at G&K Services.

With her extensive expertise in managing compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems, Meera Rao is a prominent figure in the field of Human Resources and brings a wealth of knowledge to any organization she works with.
