Tidal McCoy is a highly accomplished individual with extensive experience in the fields of engineering, business, and national security. She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she studied Bachelor of Science in Engineering, and Gw Investment Institute, where she obtained her Master of Science in Business. Throughout her career, Tidal McCoy has held various key positions in numerous reputable organizations, including serving as Chairman and Co-Founder at Irongate Capital Advisors and being a former Vice Chairman of The Institute of World Politics and Cyber, Space, and Intelligence Association (CSIA).

Tidal McCoy has also served as an advisory board member of Benchmark Executive Search, LLC, and former member of the board of directors of The Institute of World Politics. Her extensive experience in the aerospace industry has seen her serve as Chairman of the Space Transportation Association (STA) and Vice President for Government Relations at ATK Thiokol Propulsion Corp.

Her contributions to national security have also been significant, having served as Acting Secretary and Acting Under Secretary and Senior Senior Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Assistant for National Security at the United States Senate, and Staff Assistant to the Secretary of Defense at the United States Department of Defense. Tidal McCoy was also a Professional Staff of the National Security Council, The White House.

In addition to her extensive professional accomplishments, Tidal McCoy is also a former Captain with the United States Army and has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Washington Capital Partners.
